When will my order ship?

All our hoodies are made to order — this ensures top-notch quality and helps us keep waste low. Please allow 2–7 business days for production, plus standard shipping time depending on your location.

How long does shipping take?

Once shipped, your order typically arrives in 3–7 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number via email as soon as it’s on its way.

What size should I order?

Our hoodies have a comfy unisex fit:

  • True-to-size: Go with your usual size for a classic look.
  • Oversized vibes: Size up one for that extra cozy, relaxed feel.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return window — you have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible:

  • Unworn, unused, with tags and in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase required

Non-returnable items: Custom-printed hoodies, sale items, and gift cards.

EU customers: You have a 14-day cooling-off period to return for any reason (no explanation needed), as long as the item is in original condition.

How do I start a return or exchange?

Email us at support@thephasesupply.com  to request a return. If approved, we’ll send a return shipping label + instructions. (Don’t send anything back without approval.)

For exchanges: Return your item, then place a new order once processed — fastest way to get exactly what you want.

What if my item arrives damaged or wrong?

Inspect your order right away. If there’s an issue (defective, damaged, or incorrect), contact us immediately at support@thephasesupply.com — we’ll make it right, no stress.

How do refunds work?

We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, your refund hits your original payment method within 10 business days (bank processing may add a few extra days). If it’s been over 15 business days since approval, ping us.

How do I care for my hoodie?

Keep it fresh and fabulous:

  • Machine wash cold, inside out
  • Tumble dry low or hang dry (recommended)
  • Do not iron directly on the print
  • No bleach or dry cleaning
